How do
we do this?
•
First know that your appraisal is unique, and
that all
appraisals are kept strictly confidential.
• You and I review your needs to determine the
intended use of the appraisal. I will want to
know the location of the horse(s), the date you
need the finished document, and copies of
several items regarding the horse, such as
registration, breeding and show records, health
care. All appraisals require a deposit. We will
also discuss how any additional work you may
require beyond the appraisal may proceed.
• I next provide you with an agreement that
confirms your work request. We set a date to
complete the on-site inspection visit and
photographs. I use a 35 mm camera, as digital
photos are not tamper-proof.
• Now I prepare my research and analysis,
develop the appraisal, and have it
professionally bound for prompt mailing to you.
All
appraisals require a $100 deposit to accompany the
return of your signed agreement prior to the on-site
visit.
Pricing Schedule
